Rotationally Molded for Longevity
Endeavor fenders are rotationally molded, not thermoformed, to eliminate internal stress points and ensure uniform wall thickness throughout the part. This results in greater rigidity, improved durability, and a longer service life under real-world conditions.
Rotational molding allows the fender to resist cracking, warping, and material fatigue that commonly occur in formed alternatives.
